Qualifications & Experience
University graduate (preferably in Foreign Languages, Tourism, or related fields)
Experience in Inbound Sales is an advantage
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
Comfortable working with international clients in the tourism industry
Able to work full-time in the office with stable hours

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and requests on a daily basis
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tour programs as required
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Accounting) to deliver services
Assist and support clients before, during, and after their trips
Prepare and submit sales reports as required
Support team members and complete assigned tasks
Participate in company training and development programs

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
